Sigh! An explanation...
I have removed my story for the time being at the suggestion of a couple of people I respect very much. Their feeling is that having the story on the public domain invites plagiarists to steal my ideas and maybe profit from them as their own. I don't know how to answer that. I have read some really great stuff on the web, notably from Queenie (thanks for the vote of confidence!), so I guess there are those who have no fear of publishing their own creative labors of love. I dunno. But with my crappy luck, I thought that maybe it was the best thing to do. So now I am at a loss with what to do with this blog...any ideas?

You can make your blog private and only hand out the address to a few people.
Or you can get yourself a Creative Commons license (google it).
Or simply mail yourself a copy of all your work and do not open the envelope. The postmasters dated stamp will hold up in court.
Lots of bloggers are approached for publishing, but it cannot happen if you keep yourself hidden.
Personally, if someone wants to rip off my 20 minute exercises--I say go for it--I do have other better work I will not post.
But writing is a craft that requires constant work. Blogging is the easiest form of feedback to see if you are 'readable'.
Thank you for your kind words.
I hope to read much more of you--in any form.
